Listing Refresh

The premium antidote to bad AI.

Most buyers can’t see past what’s there. I help them see the life the house could offer.

Living room before Living room after a Listing Refresh

The bay window was there all along.

Example room · Virtual design composition

Furniture sized to the room, not to the frame.

Every piece is checked for true scale, so the room buyers see in the photo is the room they walk into.

Typical AI staging app Editorial staging

AI fills the frame. Good presentation makes buyers want the room.

Judgment first. Then the photos.

A design concept

One direction for the whole home, so every room tells the same story.

What works, kept

The seller’s best pieces stay where they help the room.

Restyled photos

The spaces holding the listing back, re-presented to create desire.

Scale and believability

Every room checked for true proportions before delivery.

Questions

Before you order

What counts as a space?

Each living area counts as one space. In open-concept layouts, the living, dining, and kitchen areas each count separately.

When do I pay?

When you order. Choose your package based on the home’s listed square footage and pay securely on the order form. For homes over 3,000 sq. ft., use our contact form to request a custom quote.

Do you keep the seller’s furniture?

Where it works, yes. I keep what helps the room and change what doesn’t.

Do you label the photos as virtually staged?

Disclosure is the listing agent’s responsibility under their MLS rules. Delivered photos are unlabeled, and I’m happy to add a label on request.

Who sees my photos?

Only me.
