The premium antidote to bad AI.
Most buyers can’t see past what’s there. I help them see the life the house could offer.
The bay window was there all along.
Example room · Virtual design compositionFurniture sized to the room, not to the frame.
Every piece is checked for true scale, so the room buyers see in the photo is the room they walk into.
AI fills the frame. Good presentation makes buyers want the room.

Before you order
What counts as a space?
Each living area counts as one space. In open-concept layouts, the living, dining, and kitchen areas each count separately.
When do I pay?
When you order. Choose your package based on the home’s listed square footage and pay securely on the order form. For homes over 3,000 sq. ft., use our contact form to request a custom quote.
Do you keep the seller’s furniture?
Where it works, yes. I keep what helps the room and change what doesn’t.
Do you label the photos as virtually staged?
Disclosure is the listing agent’s responsibility under their MLS rules. Delivered photos are unlabeled, and I’m happy to add a label on request.
Who sees my photos?
Only me.
