Which one should I start with?
Meeting a seller this week? Second Appointment. Listing about to go live, or sitting without showings? Start with the $29 review. If you already know the photos need work, go straight to the Listing Refresh.
Do I need a professional photographer?
For the Second Appointment, no. Phone photos from your walkthrough are fine. For a Listing Refresh, send the listing photos you have.
Will the refreshed photos change the house?
No. Windows, walls, floors and proportions stay as they are. We redesign the furnishings and styling, not the property.
Are refreshed photos labeled as virtually staged?
Disclosure is your call as the listing agent, under your MLS rules. If you’d like a label on the images, tell us when you order.
How do I pay?
